Refund policy
No refunds. All sales are final. The Faceless Character System and the Template Pack are digital downloads. You get the files the moment you pay, so they cannot be returned. This applies to every order, in every country.
Please look before you buy. The sales page shows real pages from the guides, real numbers with dates, and my public Instagram page.
If a file will not open or did not arrive, that is on me. Reply to the email your order came in and I will fix it or send it again.
If you were charged twice by mistake, tell me and I will correct the duplicate charge.
By placing your order you ask for instant delivery of a digital product. Once the files are delivered, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Terms of use
You get one personal licence. Use everything to build your own pages and characters.
You may not resell, share or repost the files, the guides or the templates as a product of your own. There are no resell rights.
The box character, the name Cardboard Riches and my posts stay mine. Build your own character. That is the whole point.
The guides teach a method for building an audience. They are not financial, legal or business advice, and they make no income promises. Your results depend on your topic, your effort and your consistency.
Tool names, prices and app buttons in the guides were checked in October 2026 and can change. I am not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, Google, Canva or any other tool I mention.
Privacy
When you buy, I collect your name and email so I can send your files and any updates. Payment is handled by the payment provider. I never see or store your card number.
I do not sell your details. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click, and you can ask me to delete your details at any time.
